Orders
When you place an order with On Hand Software, we are required to collect Name, Shipping and
Billing Addresses, Credit card information, and any other information that allows us to generate
a license key when you purchase a program after a demo trial. We also use this information to
help verify that you are authorized to use the credit card you have specified and to dispatch
the items you have ordered. We retain this information ONLY to fulfill our bookkeeping
requirements.

Our e-commerce store is hosted by Yahoo.com. All orders through our store are protected
using a security protocol called SSL, one of the strongest encryption technologies available,
and now an almost universal standard across the Internet. Credit card information is encrypted
and transported to the store using SSL. For security reasons credit card data is retained
electronically for only 30 days after your order.

If you order software after a demo trial, we will use your email address to send that
